Young Hollywood starlet Stefanie Scott dazzled the red carpet at the premiere of her new film Flipped.  If you loved her outfit as much as we did then we've got the scoop on how YOU can get the look!  Stefanie's adorable baby blue dress was made by New York designer Terani Couture (www.teranicouture.com). Her purse and shoes were from Un Deux Trois of Beverly Hills (www.udtfashion.com). And the vintage butterfly hair clip she wore was her grandmothers.
